Tax exemption plan

A tax-free product allows for total tax recovery on the investment including all interior arrangements.

Non-taxation on rents for 9 years is only valid if you have signed up for a construction loan.
However, in return you should lease your chalet for a period of 9 years and be able to make the most of it outside leasing periods as agreed upon with the renter of professional furnished accommodation in compliance with the conditions of the services which must be provided in addition to the rental (breakfast, daily cleaning of the chalet, laundry service, housekeeper…).
